How To Lease

We know finding off campus housing is stressful. Because of that, we've tried to make dealing with us as straightforward, easy and streamlined as possible. Here's how it works:

First, Call Us

Unfortunately, we can't keep this site up to date with availibilities. But we will give you an honest account of what we have open when you call. If anything interests you, we'll make an appointment to see it. That simple.

If after seeing a property, you decide you want it, tell us. We'll give you a password that will let you enter the "FORMS" section of this website. There, you'll find an online application and the lease we use. This is the time to have everyone (including parents) review the lease and get any questions answered. Once everyone is comfortable, submit the application. Because applying requires us to do credit checks on the cosigners, there is a fee of $50.

Sign the Lease

As soon as your application gets approved (it takes a day or two to process), we're ready to sign the lease. To make things easy, our leases are signed electronically through DocuSign. Instead of cumbersome hard copy that has to be passed around to multiple parties, everyone can sign quickly on their respective devices.  At the time of signing, an initial $1000 holding deposit is required. A second deposit of $1000.00 is due immediately upon returning from semester break. ( The combined $2000 is applied towards rent and security). And that's it. Final balances are paid at move in on June 1st.
